What is included, sources & calculation
Checked 26 September 2026. Monthly total = image volume × base image rate + subscription. Annual total = 12 identical months. Rupato uses its actual GBP rate card for your detected region. Your saved billing country determines checkout currency. Competitor figures are hidden until a current exchange rate is available. Converted unit prices show up to four decimals; monthly totals use the full exchange rate and round once to the currency’s minor unit. Annual totals are 12 rounded monthly totals.
Starting-price estimates exclude taxes, complex subjects, extra services, rush delivery, negotiated volume discounts, credit-pack bonuses and introductory offers. Included features and turnaround differ. Confirm the same sample image and specification with each provider before deciding. Where several published plans apply, we use the lowest eligible competitor total.
Rupato production includes a producer self-check, independent QC and final approval before release. These are workflow controls, not a claim that competitor quality is lower.

Yes. Flex has no monthly fee. Pay for the editing you order. Studio and Scale add team features and lower production rates; editing and applicable taxes are charged separately.
02What is included in the free Scale trial?＋
Eligible first-time Flex workspaces with a verified email can start seven days of Scale workspace access and local promotional production credit (£10 in the UK). No card is required. Copilot, extra dashboard views, CSV export, supplier intake and store publishing require a paid subscription.
03Will I be charged when my trial ends?＋
No. The workspace returns to Flex automatically and unused trial credit expires. Your files and purchased credit remain. A paid subscription begins only if you choose one and complete checkout.
04Is the free sample offer the same as the trial?＋
No. The separate sample-edit offer is for qualifying businesses with recurring production needs. Apply for up to 10 representative images; Rupato checks eligibility and agrees the scope before requesting files.
05How is production quality checked?＋
The editor checks the work, followed by independent human QC. Senior QC reviews sample proofs, first orders and higher-risk work where required. Instant self-service AI results are separate and do not include human QC.
06How long does an order take?＋
Choose the available turnaround when preparing your order. The confirmed scope, complete source files and production acceptance determine the delivery commitment. The free sample offer targets 24–48 hours after scope approval.
07What if an edit needs correcting?＋
Open the order in Review and identify the affected image and issue. Corrections needed to meet the approved specification have no extra production charge. New instructions, replacement sources or additional outputs may need a revised quote.
